The on-site cooking or on-site catering is aimed at those communities with a high demand volume. In these situations, the center may not have the staff to respond to a high number of periodic meals, or offers a poor service due to lack of resources.
These communities have the appropriate kitchen facilities but prefer to delegate the management of the dining room to a company specialized in catering.
In these situations Catering Alcalá performs all the actions involved in the elaboration of the menus. In this way, the center must not assume the bulk of the service, and this workload is transferred to a specialized company such as ours.
The on-site cooking includes the entire process within a catering service: from the training and hiring of staff, through the selection of raw materials and menu design by our team of dieticians.
